Maintenance Assistant Engineer

Directly participate in and support the maintenance department daily work, to complete department performance and ensure the timely and effective recovery of production equipment.
Directly involve & support all the maintenance data works, and contribute all the Department KPIs to be achieved, and Maintain the the productivity for equipment

主要岗位任务:
Participate in production equipment repair and maintenance work;To ensure the timely and effective recovery.Undertake administrative affairs department related work (suppliers, inquiry, purchase orders, track, file management, system maintenance, 5 s, etc.), to ensure smooth conduct daily work content;
Involve the maintenance daily work of curative and preventive maintenance, to ensure the timely and efficiently recovery of the equipment.Lead the administration work of maintenance (e.g., the: supplier management, quotation, WFGs of PR & tracking, documentation management, CDP/CMMS management, 5 s management), to ensure the daily work can be carried out smoothly.

Daily equipment maintenance works to ensure the the productivity
- planned for the regular maintenance of production equipment and auxiliary equipment for effective work
Carry out the equipment preventive maintenance works per plan & efficiently
- participation and coordination of supplier site service and equipment maintenance work
Work with: supplier onsite service & equipment repair works
- daily spare parts purchase orders, inventory management and department 5 s improvement
备品备件的日常管理和公关/ POs和5 s的改进
- CMMS maintenance repair service system management and maintenance
管理机系统
- maintenance document, form of management and maintenance;Scheduling system maintenance, etc
Manage the documentations, and as well as the CDP system
- equipment with coolant, oil/management and maintenance of oil, rust-proof oil, etc
Manage the usage of coolant/oil/grease, and to ensure the efficiency/quality
- other task assigned managers and supervisors and group leaders
Other assignments from the Dept. Mgr., the supervisor and team leader

Qualification requirements:
- bachelor degree or above
大学本科或以上
- mechanical, electrical, industrial automation or related major
Major in Mechanical, electrical or automation.
- familiar with various types of production equipment, and can independently deal with basic equipment problem

Routine - familiar with office software and can very good use, such as Microsoft office
Familiar with ordinary software (e.g. Microsoft office)
