Shot Peening Technician

1.Responsible for sand blasting, shot peening and flame spraying automatic equipment operation
2.In strict accordance with the wi for production
3.In strict accordance with company quality standards for production, authorized production, DA declaration and so on
4.Conscientiously implement the product quality inspection (size and appearance), ensure that qualified products flow to the next working procedure
5.(standard time) for production according to the beat of the production, ensure the production output
6.Certification to perform daily equipment self-checking (AM)
7.Keep 5 s clean every day
8.Fixture used in the inspection station every day
9.Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
