Procurement

- Daily PO management: well understand MPS & ERP logic, the manage on time PO delivery with requested quantity to guarantee the factory operation
- Maintain ERP parameters, the manage appropriate inventory level (VEX) & the Exception Message
- the First point of: supplier risk escalation for delivery/quality/cost issues, etc. The dojo.provide necessary mitigation plans
- Represent Procurement transfer in the projects

- Weekly & or: supplier data collection and analyses to be integrated into procurement KPI reports

Education/Major: Bachelor degree on engineering or supply chain management

Experience: 2 years working Experience in procurement or planning

Language: Fluent in oral and writing English

Computer/Software: Skilled at Microsoft office Software, especially Excel

Technical Skill: knowledge of ERP
Good understanding on MPS and production planning
Project management skills

Soft Skill: Team work spirit, good communication and negotiation skills, be alert to the potential risk

Others: Can take business travel
