• quality exception handling:
1. Review and describe the quality of the production staff to submit an exception
2. New or updated quality abnormal records in the system
3. According to the request of quality (internal or external) perform additional inspection
4. To take part in the investigation of quality abnormal activities
5. To rework the product inspection items production instructions
6. Confirm whether rework complete and unqualified item is eliminated
A. all rework process has been completed

• DVI first article inspection
1. According to Form3 test requirements (including correlation test)
2. According to the form4 requirements for inspection and issue a report
3. To assist the process design and test new fixture or measurement department
4. Perform small process changes form9 requirements of inspection and issue a report (if necessary)
• management quality abnormal products and scrap
1.Abnormal management products or deviations in the control area (such as the quality of the prison) in and out of registration, abnormal or scrap products from the production line will be moved to the quality control area
2.Identify abnormal products and manage scrap list
3.Update the scrap in the system relevant information of the product
• delivery
1. Check the integrity of the repair order
A. all of the process has been completed and shall be signed
B. all the FRC inspection records is complete
C. all DA has been closed
2. Check all the quality event had been closed in the system
3. Issue the product certificate of delivery
4. Shipping product is placed within the delivery packaging according to the requirement, and put away the delivery with files, confirm without FOD
According to the control plan execution process inspection (sampling)

• full-time vocational school or college graduated from mechanical engineering
, above 2 years working experience in mechanical processing enterprises QC or test class position working experience
, able to skillfully use all kinds of tools for regular geometry inspection and visual inspection
, can in a planned way, efficient, high quality complete daily inspection work, has the good team cooperation spirit, can bear hardships and stand hard work
, understand the common QC tools such as 5 why, fishbone diagram, Plato, and related technical personnel quality abnormal cause analysis together
, to be able to use MS OFFICE software skilled, write inspection report and carries on the preliminary data analysis
Have certain English foundation, can be simple to read and write
