Maintenance Engineer

This position is primarily responsible for production equipment maintenance, maintenance, maintenance plan implementation and related technical guidance, to ensure to improve equipment utilization rate and reduce equipment downtime.
1. With a strong risk prevention and safety consciousness, familiar with the safety prevention in the process of equipment maintenance procedures (LOTO). Supervise and instruct maintenance technician/supplier strictly abide by the relevant safety regulations.
2. Participation, to guide the scene breakdown maintenance of the equipment
3. Participate in and guide the maintenance technician to analyze problems, to determine the fault root causes, measures and prevention methods.
4. Collect on-site maintenance related data, make, optimization of equipment daily check and maintenance measures.
5. Participate in cross-functional or external collaboration (suppliers), to solve complex production problems.
6. Review the relevant data, sorting, analysis, maintenance, fault handling, maintenance guidance related documents and experience (training) materials.
7. Optimize and improve the maintenance spare parts management.
8. Participation, leading department internal project as well as the improvement of maintenance related projects.
9. Security responsibility area class all equipment in good working condition, meet the production requirements of production line.
10. Assist supervisor and department manager to assess relevant ability training plan, continue to improve team maintenance technology, specialization and professionalization.
11. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Education:
A. college degree or above level.

• Technical skills:
A. machinery, fluid control, electrical, PLC knowledge.
B. Familiar with Siemens numerical control system
C. master industrial robot control system
D. master fanuc numerical control system
(responsible for different device types, more than three "master" at least one)
E. knowledge of metal mechanical processing equipment, as well as the basic process
F. knowledge of metal heat treatment equipment, as well as the basic process
G. knowledge of metal surface treatment equipment, as well as the basic process
(responsible for different device types, more than three "a" at least one)

• Other skills:

C. Good English reading and writing ability;English communication ability

A. 5 years equipment maintenance working experience.

C. have aviation industry would be the best
D. SIEMENS numerical control equipment maintenance experience is preferred
