Preparation of strength analyses (static, LCF, HCF fatigue, overspeed, FBO, crack propagation) of aero engine components (Compressor, Combustion Chamber and Turbine - static/Rotative Parts) using FEA (Ansys Workbench) and analytical methods
Assessment of non - conformities related to aero engine components and their effects on the product
Technical validation (authorization for approval) of Concessions related with visual, dimensional and the process of non - conformities of aero engines components
Support Technical Leader in creation and deployment of Technical and organizational the processes, instructions, best practices and lessons learnt
Day - to - Day currency with internal and external stakeholders from the design, technology, quality and manufacturing at various stages of implementation and serial production
Technical support to other the departments for process improvement
Defining the technical solutions (request for drawing change, Production Permit, the process optimization) to eliminate the non - conformities on products
On the job - technical support to other members of the Design Office
Job requirements
Must:
Language: English, B2
Master degree in engineering
", analytical thinking, self - motivation, 'to-do' attitude and decision - making skills
The Ability of technical drawing interpretation
As the depth understanding of the found of Elasticity, Fatigue Strength and the related challenges
Professional experience as a mechanical engineer/stress engineer preferably in aerospace industry
Strong technical skills
Ansys/Patran/Abaqus were the or Hyperworks Experience
Nice to have:
Catia V5 experience
Solid Edge Experience
Language: French
The Design and GD&T experience will be considered a plus
Knowledge of the design and operation of aircraft engines
